Description:

Shaanxi Xinbaoying Metal Material Co., Ltd. usually provides niobium rods for electron beam smelting process.Usually, it is divided into single smelting and multiple smelting. We usually use two smelting of tantalum ingot. According to different product requirements, we can do more than two smelting. Then the Nb ingot is forged into Nb rod blank by free forging, then annealed, cleaned, dressed and cleaned. According to the different size of Nb rod, it can be rolled and annealed many times, and finally the required Ta rod can be produced. Our unique way of billet opening, rolling method, rolling process, compression ratio, annealing temperature and time control can ensure that our products have a high level of quality.
