Shaanxi Xinbaoying Metal Material Co., Ltd. provides niobium tubes for electron beam melting process, including seamless niobium tubes and welded niobium tubes.


Seamless niobium tube is a kind of non-forged niobium bar which is connected into niobium ingot by electron beam smelting furnace. Usually, it is melted in one time and several times. We usually use niobium ingot which is melted twice. According to different product requirements, we can melt more than twice. Then the Nb ingot is forged axially, and then the Nb tube blank is manufactured. The Nb tube blank is annealed and cleaned. Usually, after many rolling and annealing, the Nb tube needed by the customer is finally obtained. The performance of each part of the Nb tube is uniform, and the main product is small size tube and capillary tube.


Welded niobium tubes are rolled with high quality and suitable size niobium plates, then welded at the seam, then processed at the seam, and finally rounded to produce the appropriate size niobium tubes. The Nb tube produced by this process has uniform wall thickness, good inner surface quality, high production efficiency and low cost. The most important thing is that large diameter Nb tube can be produced.

Packing:


The niobium tubes are packed in wooden boxes with Pearl cotton.
