Description:


Shaanxi Xinbaoying Metal Material Co., Ltd. usually provides niobium foil for vacuum electron beam melting process.


The production of niobium foil by vacuum electron beam smelting process is that the Unforged niobium bar is first melted into niobium ingot by vacuum electron beam smelting furnace.


Then the Nb ingot is forged into Nb slab by free forging and then annealed and cleaned.  The unique rolling method and the control of annealing temperature and time of Shaanxi Xinbaoying Metal Material Co., Ltd. can ensure that the Niobium foil produced is superior in mechanical properties and metallographic structure. Packing:

The Niobium foil are wrapped with pearl cotton and packed into wooden boxes. Our reasonable packing method can avoid the collision and damage of Niobium foil during transportation, and also prevent the collision of external goods to the products, so as to ensure the integrity of the products in the delivery process after they leave the factory.
